RE: Cimarron Coach outstanding/overdue invoices for $956.80.
Ten days from the date of this letter an Information Request (DMV Form CRD-93) will be filed for each vehicle that has an outstanding debt for towing or road services at the DMV Office in Norton, VA. This request will reveal the owner/lien holders legal name and address at a DMV cost of $8.00 each. The processing fee for each request is $25.00 for a total of $33.00 per vehicle. This action will initiate a lien on each affected vehicle for which the DMV will mail you, and the lien holder if any, a courtesy copy of the Notice Of Lien On A Motor Vehicle.
Once all documents are in hand, including copies of the lien notices, towing invoices, previous Certified Mail Receipts, copy of email demand letter, and this letter will be made part of a Warrant In Debt filing against Cimarron Coach, Inc., in the Wise County General District Court. The filing fee for that action is an additional $43.00 plus fees for serving the Warrant in Debt at your offices. You will then be notified of a court date in which you may defend against this action.
Once a court action is filed however, no amount less than the amount listed in the Warrant In Debt will squash this legal obligation.
