Friend of Museum	Well I would hope that the towing industry has good companies, but I know that we do have some "bad apples" I would think that any company we deal with who either has us bill them or they pay with checks or credit cards which are not good... I would like to say that its a regular thing with them, but I know that once in a while there are some that do make mistakes would be listed here. "To be honest, I'm more worried about what the government can do to me than what they can do for me."

Posts: 129 03/02/08 06:35:24	yeah, i could see how this could get out of hand......maybe if they post a copy of the bad check , sorta eliminate the hearsay and bull crap.......i mean if you see that one company is writing bad checks to other companys on a regular basis.i think that would be very helpful information to another tower when they get a call from the bad apple for a tow ......would help them make an educated decision anyway......i also feel that if a company has a problem with another company and wishes to put it out here in the forum they should be required to back up all their complaints with facts and allow the accussed company the chance to refute it with facts of their own.........just a thought.......i really do not wish to see this forum go the way others have....... *Twinkie Free!*

But we will review that here in the near future.... ( was this kind of about what you and me talked on the phone about Leo ?... The real "old school - group down south" ) If so lets not do that at the moment... Things here might change in the forums and we might include this subject, but I think we would be best to hold off on the tow companies. Posts: 129 03/02/08 13:35:53	no..i have noticed in other forums that there are companies who call others to do work in other states and get bit.......i know high point did a recovery and even repaired the guys trailer so he could get on down the road.and as i understand it he got burned........those are more in line with what i was refering to... *Twinkie Free!*
