Posts: 2 04/09/09 00:12:09	As a Penske service provider, I must say that Penske is not your (typical motor club), for the fact that you are not dealing with average cars/trucks, but usually request repairs on heavy duty/tractor trailers etc. The dispatcher usually stays in touch with the service provider/wrecker driver from start to finish. Because Penske dispatchers are very knowledgeable in the repairs and service of their vehicles, they are most useful and patient aiding you to get the job done. Payment is not a problem. I give Penske an A.

You are correct about Penske not being your (typical motor club)... They are great to work with when dealing with breakdowns and tows... I have it listed so that people can get a hold of them if they need to, or to become service providers... It just kind of fits in the motor club - breakdown services area for contacts "To be honest, I'm more worried about what the government can do to me than what they can do for me."
