			<description><![CDATA[ <strong>&nbsp;"stopped many years ago at a working heavy duty truck wreck because all the people were there and I had to get a light duty wreck out of their yard. I got the key to the gate and was there for like 10 minutes or so. But the customer or someone seen my truck there, and when it came time to fight the bill and responsibility, we were listed also in the case… Took some doing to get out of that one"<br><br>We can't make this stuff up!&nbsp; <br>Thanks a million for your patience and guidance.&nbsp; It's time to think about our rates and do some adjusting on the pennies.&nbsp; I'm lucky in that we know what&nbsp;it costs to start our trucks and move them down the road.&nbsp; Now I need to do a little research on what the market will bear.&nbsp; We're not interested in pricing fixing or&nbsp;testing the upper limits of what the market will barely tolerate, but we gotta keep the lights on.&nbsp; Do you have&nbsp;suggestions on where I might look to find rates... ]]></description>

<p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">I'm still a little fuzzy about how you're charging for air cushions.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Do you use the lower air cushion rate chart, and then add an air cushion charge to the end?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>I guess I'm thinking, since you're using a separate rate chart for air cushion recoveries, why not absorb the cushions into an increased ppp charge, eliminating the need to add a charge at the end of the invoice?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>(Recoveries not requiring cushions result in lower invoice... ]]></description>

My guys do an okay job of training me to use ppp, but I'd like to know more about it. I missed the opportunity to go to Tennessee, so I'm going to ask some specific questions as they relate to the schedule that you have posted. If you aren't comfortable answering here, I understand.</p><p></p>
