2010 SCR Emissions are we going to be ready?

I have been doing some research on the 2010 emissions and it looks to be very interesting. The NEW (to our country anyways) diesel exhaust fluid seems to be a
really good idea. Looks a bit complicated but im sure we will get over it. This new emissions program seems that it will free up the engines quite a bit in the
power making department and will also free up fuel mileage. SInce EGR is a fuel waste makes the engines heavy and puts quite a bit of soot out. Here a re a
couple of links so you can check it out yourself. And yes I think we are gonna have to stop diesel exhaust fluid on the service trucks. I also wonder what
happens when you run out of it. will it shut the truck down. They are saying 1 gal of def to 100 gals of diesel.
