Ever had your car towed without warning?
That practice would be banned in some locations under a bill working its way through the Legislature.
The House Transportation Committee on Friday approved HB275 requiring apartment complexes and trailer parks to post signs warning that a violator will be towed if they park in a no parking area. Representatives will consider the measure next as it moves to the House floor.

This bill is huge in the information it has to print... But if I remember correctly it was defeated in the last session..  Watch for them to try and sneak it
